Eyes are precious and need to be cared upon regularly. Often people ignore the minute issues which later turn havoc ruining all spheres. Taking a few careful gestures can resolve the very beginning and never late things get complex.
- Try to have seasonal fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin A. As we all know vitamin A is beneficial for eyes and when in season drains the maximum benefits. A regular dietary intake help replenish the lost in the most natural and easy way.
- Make it a habit to always read on a table and chair. Avoid reading in bed in dim light. It strains and may leave eyes prone to vision issues.
- Further if you feel comfortable reading from a distance then it indicates for reading glasses. With age near vision is about to diminish but it can be brought to minimum with correct timely adaptation. Often people keep reading that way and ignore with no major problem in existence but it shouldn’t be this way.
- Contact lenses is bliss to people who feel agitated with a spectacle but they should be cleaned regularly and should not be applied for more than 8 hours at a stretch. If required just keep them in the solution in between for about an hour or so and then apply again.
- If you are a computer professional or involved in a profession requiring sitting in front of the monitor for hours together then never forget to use anti glares. Also make blinking a habit, try to blink often while working and also try to rest your eyes in between i.e. if possible after every hour take a little round for coffee or snack and not just sit in front of the screen and have it.
The suggestions are simple but how you apply is the trick. These will help you and your family to restore what is gifted.
