Episcleritis
Episcleritis is a kind of eye disorder that results in inflammation of the blood vessels present in a thin wall known as episclera. The episclera is strong outer layer that protects the human eye. The layer contains innumerable blood vessels that provide essential nutrients to the sclera. An important fact necessary to disclose is that no infection occurs in episclera when a person suffers from Episcleritis. The condition solely arises due to inflammation of the episclera. Women are commonly affected from the condition after obtaining the age of 30 years.
